Common questions
Is my roof strong enough?
Most metal roofs built after 1995 take a flush-mounted system without reinforcement. Flat roofs need a little more capacity for ballast. We check the structural drawings and survey the roof before the proposal, and we say no when it does not qualify.
Will production stop during construction?
No. Lifting happens in agreed windows and hot work goes through your safety process. The electrical tie-in takes a few hours during a planned shutdown, usually at a weekend.
Who stands behind the performance?
We do. The proposal states the expected annual output from a yield simulation of your site. Modules and batteries are our own products, and every plant is monitored online and covered by a maintenance contract.
Who handles warranty claims?
For modules and batteries, we do, because we make them. For inverters and other equipment we work with established manufacturers, keep spares in each region and handle the claim for you.
Do you work outside the countries where you have offices?
Yes. We have delivered in 16 countries and take on new markets together with a local partner. Ask us where we have permitting experience and where we do not yet.
